An evening takes place at someone’s. If that someone is you, here is what it means.
What we ask
- A place that cannot simply be booked — a cellar, a workshop, a gallery, a kitchen, a house.
- A reason : one thing to see, to taste or to understand.
- Someone to explain it, twenty minutes, without notes. That is what the Thirty-Six come for.
What we bring
- Thirty-six people seated by design, for one evening, in an arrangement chosen to suit your place.
- The quote paid by the company, before the evening : Le Pavillon never advances the cost and never asks anyone else to.
- Not a word outside. No photograph, no account of it, no public mention.
What we never ask
- Nothing for free. What is served is ordered and paid for.
- No exclusivity. Your house owes us nothing, and we owe you nothing.
- No right to cite your name anywhere but on that evening’s invitation. Le Pavillon keeps no list of references and trades on no one’s name.
