The door
The criterion first. The money after, and never the other way round.
One enters for what one has done, never for what one is.A business, a trade, a body of work, a craft. The milieu does not count, the fortune does not count, the title does not count.
And it holds by a single question, put to the one who presents them :
What does he bring to a table of six?
If the answer is a position — he runs such a company — it is not enough. If it is a substance — she restores organs, he has built three theatres, she has been making wine for twenty years — it is yes.
One must be of the Thirty-Six to be invited
An evening at Le Pavillon is not for sale. One is of the company, or one is not. A door that money opens selects nothing at all.
One exception only : someone a subscriber brings once, to be seen and to see. Three at most among the thirty-six. And the one who presents them pays their share — no money enters through the door. Whoever wishes to return asks to be admitted.

The subscription makes the company exist ; the share makes the evening exist. They are never mixed, and there is no waiver, no reduced rate and no founding year.
One does not apply to Le Pavillon. One is presented to it.
