To write

An address, not a form.

A form leaves a name in a database before the sentence has even been read. An address leaves nothing : it receives a letter, which is either kept or erased.

What we do not do

• We do not call back, and we do not follow up.
• A letter that leads nowhere is not kept.
• Writing is not an application : one does not apply to Le Pavillon.

The company has no front desk, no telephone number and no office. Thirty-six people do not need one.
